  * New upstream release
  * debian/patches/tests-remove-plugins.patch
    - drop the coverage options instead, including the new 100% threshold
    - keep --disable-socket, pytest-socket is now available in Debian

    - bump debhelper compat to 14; add dh-sequence-python3 and
      dh-sequence-single-binary to b-d; drop substvars, now applied
      automatically
