virt-install: demote virt-viewer recommend to suggest
virt-install is usually used for headless installations/imports, and as
such graphical weak dependencies may install unnecessary bits. Also,
this change was done when virt-install was shipped as separate virtinst
source (see #667937), and apparently that was not carried over when
merged into the virt-manager source.
In any case: virt-install will show a (hopefully) clear enough message
in case a graphical installation is wanted and virt-viewer is not
installed.
