  * New upstream release.  Upstream highlights:
    - Local HTTP streaming (serve audio/video over the LAN to browsers and
      players) and basic RTMP streaming to platforms, as more portable
      alternatives to the virtual camera.
    - Reworked audio layer: multiple selectable audio inputs with per-input
      volume, output volume control, and dynamically loadable PulseAudio.
    - New OpenGL ES 2.0 effects pipeline with many effects ported to it.
    - Screen capture on wlroots-based Wayland compositors (wlr-screencopy)
      and capture of individual windows.
    - Media gallery with playback controls, quality-preset sliders for
      recording and streaming, right-to-left language, and single-instance
      support.
    - Various fixes: audio/video sync, PipeWire camera capture, V4L2 format
      detection, and Windows virtual camera creation.
    - Removed the macOS virtual camera, AudioGen, the GStreamer/VLC playback
      plugins, and MultiSink (muxers/encoders now used directly).
  * Drop build dependencies on GStreamer, VLC, JACK and SDL; plugins
    removed upstream.
  * Drop build dependency on qml6-module-qtquick-nativestyle, which is no
    longer in unstable (merged into QtQuick Controls in Qt 6.10).
  * Remove now-unnecessary build-breaking -pie linker flags
