  * Drop libboost-system-dev dependency,
    useless since boost 1.69 and newer (Closes: #1127296)
  * Add upstream proposed patch to patch out system detection in cmake
  * Drop R^3: no, default now
  * Bump std-version to 4.7.3, no changes required
  * Drop all other patches, the upstream 1190 contains all the boost
    fixes with the proper rebasing
