  * Provide systemd service and timer (closes: #1039417):
    + move the snippnet responsible for generation of issue file from
      init.d script to new welcome2l-generator script, and call the
      script from both systemd service and init.d.
  * Upgrade format of debian/watch file.
  * debian/control:
    + remove no longer existing kfreebsd-{amd64,i386} architectures;
    + remove redundant fields: Priority and Rules-Requires-Root;
    + bump Standards-Version to 4.7.3.
