  * debian/control: Fix libiw30t64 Conflicts/Replaces against libiw30.
    Hardcoded version bound in Conflicts prevented upgrade from
    installed 30~pre9-16+b1, causing file overwrite failure on
    /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libiw.so.30. Use unconditional
    Conflicts/Replaces instead, verified in clean container test.
