  * Switch to the DEP-14 branch layout and use debian/unstable as the
    default packaging branch.
  * Switch to Salsa as the canonical packaging repository.
  * Drop obsolete compression setting from debian/source/options.
  * Update to debhelper compat level v13.
    - Depend on debhelper-compat instead of using debian/compat.
  * Update standards version to 4.5.1 (no changes required).
