Revert "[control] Build-Depends: = gcc-multilib [amd64 x32]"

[control] Build for amd64 just to avoid failing the pipeline.
commit b94af20312a74bddbfdb26d946e1837ff30b39aa
Author: Martin-Éric Racine <martin-eric.racine@iki.fi>

[control] Remove gcc-multilib [any-amd64 x32] (Closes: #1107121).
This removes support for the -m32 needed to cross-compile on amd64.
It also makes Salsa CI fail as the package cannot build on amd64.
