      characters to account for the allowC1Printable resource

    - Adjust limits for built-in line-drawing characters

  * Modify debian/rules to set the 'disallowedWindowOps' resource to "*",
    and refresh patch 902_windowops.diff accordingly.
  * Drop the redundant Rules-Requires-Root field from debian/control.
