  * Team upload.
  * CI: update/simplify configuration.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.3, no changes required.
  * Drop Priority: optional, no more needed since dpkg 1.22.13.
  * Update references in debian/upstream/metadata & Homepage to the actual
    upstream repository (which is currently archived, but still), i.e.
    https://invent.kde.org/system/xwaylandvideobridge
  * Update the build dependencies according to the upstream build system:
    - set cmake to 3.16
    - set Qt packages to 6.4.0
    - set KF packages to 5.240.0
    - drop unused/unneeded: libkf6widgetsaddons-dev, libpipewire-0.3-dev, and
      libxkbcommon-dev
  * Drop the pkg-kde-tools build dependency, as dh-sequence-kf6 is enough.
  * Trim trailing whitespace.
  * Re-export upstream signing key without extra signatures.
  * Remove no more needed lintian override.
