    64-bit time_t transition
    
    Versions of 0install that have been rebuilt for the 64-bit time_t
    transition (for example on amd64) have dependencies on both libgtk-3-0
    and libgtk-3-0t64. On the architectures where the ABI transition took
    place (for example armel and armhf) this will be an impossible dependency.
